September 16, 2022

These assumptions may open further research questions about the relationship between Depression and Suicide.

If you have never experienced Depression, it might look difficult to understand it.

Why?

It is difficult because it does not make sense.

You would keep wondering why on earth will anyone want to take their own life just because they are depressed right…

Many victims who suffered from depression commit suicide never had access to care or proper treatment.

Depression can come in so many forms, but you need to recognize your mood swing whenever you’re down and discharged.

And one of the ways to fight it, is to seek help through connectedness.

Reach out to someone that understands. Such as counsellors, family members, friends and more.

We also want to encourage someone today…

There is hope and help for you

Your pain is temporary and your victory is permanent

It is okay not to be okay.

But definitely you will be okay.

Please seek for help and light up your world.

Depression is not a home for the mind.

But peace.

Suicide is not a gift but life is.

So, say No to Suicide
