This project is a Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria project called “rent to own” aimed at providing affordable housing to the middle and low income earners.

The project is called Bethel Estate and comprises of 4 bedroom terrace duplex which any interested customer will only provide an equity to get your house and pay back the 15m provided by Federal Mortgage Bank over a period of 15-30years depending your age.

You have to minus your age from 65 to get your repayment age. The 4 bedroom terrace duplex is going for 22m, you only have to provide your equity of 7m, which can be paid on installment and the repayment is done annually direct to Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.

Which means you are paying back the 15m loan given to you towards completely owning your own home instead of paying rent to a landlord and at the end you pack out without owning anything.
