Kim Kardashian has revealed that her son, Saint West, broke his arm in multiple places in a horrific injury.
The reality star and make-up mogul took to her Instagram Stories to share photos from the hospital.
In one photo, Saint is seen sitting in a wheelchair with his arm covered up.
She captioned it, “Who do you think cried more today? My baby boy broke his arm in a few places today. I’m not ok.”
She then shared another photo of Saint’s arm in a cast with the caption: “Poor baby.”
