Our Man Crush Monday, BANKOLE WILLIAMS is a coach per excellence who specializes in helping individuals and organizations discover their hidden talents to attain their peak  performance. 

With his extensive years of experience in finance,  human capacity development, and Consulting,  Bankole has demonstrated his exceptionality and prowess in his work with about 12 prominent Nigerian banks, helping them deploy solutions for long-term profitability and sustainability. 

He was also recognized for his exceptional work as a peak performance coach and was given the Coaching Icon Award in 2019.

Bankole’s love for humanity to stem the problems of unemployment and underemployment spurred him on his mission to create a foundation which he called Live Your Dreams Africa, which today has provided about 700 jobs to the less privileged. He’s currently on a mission to provide 1,000 jobs across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria.

As the founder and principal consultant of Live Your Dreams Consulting,  he has designed and managed several customer services, and has facilitated several leadership retreats geared towards leadership capacity building and optimizing leadership performance. 

His selflessness and passion to help lives have been noticed and rewarded by different bodies and great personalities, such as the Lagos State Award of Excellence in Youth &Social Development and other awards from dignitaries like the Cross River state and Abia State government. His foundation  LYD also received the 2019 Googl.org Award for Youth Empowerment in Africa.
