Can you please tell us about your background?

I am an only child who always had a passion to see people win in life. My parents instilled love and faith in me at a young age and that is why I am so passionate to elevate people to climb higher today.

Briefly tell us about your educational background?

I had 4-year degree in early childhood and Spanish graduated from UMass Amherst.

What do you do for a living?

I am a faith fueled entrepreneur, coach, top podcaster, and author. Through my faith-based programs, I mentor women to have a strong foundation in faith, so they can climb to new levels in all areas of their life.

When did you know you wanted this job?

I always loved leading and mentoring women from an early age. Even as a teenager, I was always cheering my friends on and helping them realize how amazing they were. I believe we must be our own cheerleader but also taking others along with us because there’s room at the top for all of us.

Was there a career setback you faced which you later realized was an advantage?

I was diagnosed with breast cancer right before I opened my fitness Bootcamp business. Although it tried to set me back, I knew I had to show up for the women that I would be coaching. As much as they needed me to get healthy and strong, I leaned on them, which helped me get through my treatments. I knew showing up is all I could do and I never wanted to give up on my dream.

I always saw myself speaking on stages, transforming women’s lives, and helping them create a healthy mindset. My mother did this for me as a young child and I wanted to do this for others.

How do you get to prepare a content before presenting a speech?

Before I present a speech, I always think about the lessons I have learned and the obstacles I have faced and how I got through them. I want people to know that there is no quitting in life. The only way to move is forward and upwards. I write about setbacks that try to hold me back. However, if we have a strong mind we will be over comers and that is what I love to speak on.

How do you separate your feelings and emotions from difficult decisions?

To separate my feelings and emotions before making a difficult decision, I let the decision sit for a while instead of jumping to the first emotion I feel. I have learned along the years to never jump to conclusions.

Do you think Authors struggle to sell their books; if yes, what can be done?

I don’t think authors, struggle to sell their books I think as long as they are promoting and talking about their message, the books will sell themselves.

What was your first win that made you confident that you were doing the right thing?

when I started showing up as myself, that’s when the doors started opening and opportunity started coming. I want to connect with people that want to connect with me, so showing up as my self draws those people to me.

What do you like doing in your spare time?

I love working out, spending quality time with my family, and I love coffee dates with my friends.

If you could know the absolute and total truth to one question, what question would you ask?

I am not so sure I want to know the total truth to one specific question. I love the journey of life and not knowing the outcome to everything because that makes life much more exciting and challenging at the same time.

Can you please tell us about the people you admire?

I love people who stand up for what they believe. I love strong and faithful people that lead with a sincere heart to serve others. I admire the ones who are making an impact in other people’s lives.

Sometimes people feel that life is not worth living. Can you tell us how you feel about your own life?

Life is truly exciting to me, and I feel so blessed every single day, even through my setbacks and hardships. I know God will always take care of me, and I put my trust in him only. This is how I live a joy filled life.

In what ways are people from your industry making a difference in the world?

People in my industry, are making a difference for people by bringing faith into their lives.

What are some of your achievements?

I am a breast cancer survivor, a top, podcast her, and author, and a four-time national bikini champion. I am also a proud wife and mother of two children, and those in my greatest achievements.

Where do you hope to be in the next four years?

In the next four years I hope to have impacted over 1 million lives for God through my speeches, coaching, books, and podcast. The title of my podcast and book is called, Addicted To The Climb. I am continually climbing higher, and taking others with me for the ride.
